Self-serve authorization/unauthorization installation management (like Arturia/Native Instruments)

Product: IK Product Manager & User Area

Summary: Add a self-service device de-authorization page to the online user account so users can manage their own software activation slots without relying on support tickets.

Problem / Use Case: When users upgrade their operating system (such as moving from Windows 10 to Windows 11) or switch PCs, old authorization slots often remain stuck as “active” ghosts even if de-authorized prior to wiping the drive.

While users technically have multiple activation slots available initially, relying on support tickets to clear old ghost slots isn’t a reliable safety net [mod redacted - unnecessary]

Proposed Solution: Give users a dedicated tab in their online User Area showing a list of all currently authorized machine names/slots, with a manual “Unauthorize” or “Remove Device” button next to each one.

Priority / Impact: Medium/High. It removes unnecessary friction for users upgrading their hardware, brings IK up to industry standard with competitors, and drastically cuts down on support ticket backlogs.

+1 for this, its wild that we have to be always online for thier authorizations, yet we can’t deauthorize machines on our own accord? let us do the de-auth please!
