I wanted to try out replacing my Katana with a TONEX-based rig and a friend loaned me his TONEX pedal and an FRFR speaker to see how I like it. I’m not going to be able to register this device to my account, but I was curious about what limitations that may create for me. I have a TONEX account and have some models and presets I’ve purchased. Will I still be able to put those on the pedal to test them, or do I have to use the ones that have come on the loaner?
(Yes, I’ve been told by my friend that I have his permission to remove existing presets and replace them with my own, but he wasn’t sure if it was possible.)
