I bought a used ToneX One from a second-hand music shop. The registration card is missing, the shop has no information about the previous owner, and so I can’t register the pedal.
I already own ToneX MAX on my IK account, but ToneX Editor does not recognize the pedal because it is not registered to my account. I only need the pedal itself authorized.
The pedal has a hardware unit number on the back label, which I understand is not the registration serial (that is on the card in the box). I have opened support tickets with that number, photos and proof of purchase, but I have only received generic replies about license transfers and sales receipts, which don’t address my case.
As far as I understand, no License Transfer Credit is needed for the ToneX One, and support can issue the serial when the card is missing. Could someone from IK please look into my ticket? I can send the unit number by private message.
