I just received a ONE+ and have successfully connected it to the TONEX Control software, but it is not showing up in the Presets section of the app. Instead, TONEX Plug is showing up here. I don’t own a TONEX plug. I am not able to control the ONE+ from the app. Firmware on the pedal and the app are all up to date as of today.
Did you update TONEX Control to the latest version?
Yes, I installed TONEX Control 1.1.0 for the first time yesterday.
In that case I would suggest you contact IK Support and they would be able to troubleshoot with you directly.
@Peter-IK Hey I’ve got a question. Should we expect a new large Tonex pedal with the same Bluetooth capability as the One+ soon? I really don’t want to have to buy another one. Thanks!
I don’t have any specific news on that but I know I’ve relayed similar requests to the team.

But glad I never picked up a Tonex One as of yet due to this update…I just have the large pedal.
I ordered the small one first and 2 days later, I ordered the larger pedal. So I already have one of each. I should probably try and sell the small pedal, though I’m betting it’ll be a hard sell since the new one is out.
I’m honestly hoping they don’t release a Tonex+ pedal because I don’t want to have to try and sell this one. Nor do I want to buy a Tonex+ while still owning the original lol.
So I’ve got myself in a bind. I don’t sell gear as it is, so I really don’t want to have to get into that. Tbh, if it does come out, I’ll likely buy one whether I still have the original or not 
At this point, it’s my favorite piece of gear I own. I absolutely love my Tonex pedal. Makes me wish I had purchased a Kemper Stage, or whatever it is that I was looking at last year that came out. I passed on it and got a Hot Rod Deluxe. I wasn’t sure I’d actually like one of those types of pedals.
Ha! I love my Tonex pedal. The other plan was to get a Marshall amp after the Hot Rod but that’s no longer a consideration. I have access to all the Marshall amp captures I’ll ever need lol. I may get one eventually but I’m GOLDEN for now 
Tonex and a Headrush FRFR-112, 12 inch speaker work great together!
My Helix floor collects dust now after moving over to Tonex. I just don’t want to fiddle with so many settings.
