When I open the ToneX Board Editor it says my pedal is not registered and gives a link to open IK PM. When I click on that it opens that app and it shows I own ToneX Board. The lock on the edit app will not go away. I have restarted the Mac, restarted the pedal, and I cant get it to open without that warning. Any adice or solutions?

OK, almost there . I’m sure I’m probably doing something wrong. Any advice would be appreciated. I upgraded my TONEX to 2.04 open the TONEX Board Editor but it says that my TONEX Board is disconnected. I rebooted my MAC, tried a different USB cable, stilll says disconnected
OK got it working by using a usb c to usb a cable instead of C x C. Don’t know if this will help anyone but thought I’d share (before you comment, I did try several USB C to USB C cables)
I had the same problem. I did get mine to work. Very same cable they give you. While I was trying to update , the update paused. Two minutes passed and said it couldn’t update. Tried several times it got to 10% each time. Did the very same thing swap to a different cable usbc to a. Then I had no issues. It could be my connection on my b.C, but I’m running the same connection with my scarlet interface.
