if this is the latest Tonex firmware, why does Product Manager say 1.6.16 is the latest update?

Thanks for the note. The firmware update you perform with the TONEX software will install the latest noted here.

Can you please send a screenshot? I don’t see any reference to 1.6.16 in IK Product Manager. And just to be clear, the firmware update is performed using the TONEX Editor software not IK Product Manager.

Yea that was it. It’s on Tonex Editor. Sorry!

Edit: Also, my Editor is version 1.10.6 while the release notes say the latest is 1.12.0

Could that be part of the problem?

Edit 2: and now it’s updating my Editor to 1.12 lol. Maybe this will help? It never tried to update the Editor prior to this.
