Support Cannot Accept Log Files? ReSing Crashing

I opened a Support ticket because I have been experiencing ReSing intermittenly unable to start the AI engine. It also crashes when I select the Info Cog and try to close the pop up window in both Standalone and in my DAW.
Support requested the log files, but they replied saying the files are received as corrupt or inviewable format. I’m just dragging the log files from the folder. Is there another way to provide the ReSingEngine.log.cry files?

Please reply to the support rep directly and ask if there’s a way that you can send them that might not end up corrupted. People send log files all the time so I’m sure they’ll be able to assist you.
