Hello. Until recently, I was using Resing MAX. I also trained my custom models two times. Recently, I updated Resing, and the modeler crashed. The first thing that stopped working was logging in and activating in Modeler. When I tried to launch it, a window appeared with a web request error message and 23 model trainings left became zero. I was able to fix this error by following the advice in this thread: Resing MAX will not connect no matter what - AI Engine Unreachable and deleting the lock_training.txt file.
Then I could log in again, imported the audio, selected the parameters, and pressed START. After a few seconds, a “DATABASE ERROR - DATABASE NOT FOUND” window appeared. Please help me fix this bug. The screen is attached
Have you reported this directly to IK Support? They would be able to assist you directly and see what is going on.
Thanks for reminding me, I just did that.
I just rolled back to version 1.1.0 and the training started working. But this is, of course, a temporary solution. The bug hasn’t been fixed yet.
IK Support will attempt to recreate issues and assess if they are global bugs and open the issue with the devs as necessary. Thank you for reporting, because the only kind of issues that will get officially resolved are those that get reported to the IK Support team ![]()
Hi! I just wanted to ask if you’ve heard anything more about this issue since your last update.
Are you still using version 1.1.0 as a temporary workaround, or has something fixed the problem for you?
I’m asking because after updating, I not only ran into the training issue, but one of my fully trained models also disappeared completely after the update. I’m wondering if you’ve experienced anything similar or if it’s just happening on my end.
(And yes, I already contacted IK Support, but I haven’t heard back from them yet.)
Thanks!
Hello! The fix is still being worked on.
Try to roll back the previous versions.
You may find zip distribs in C:\Users\*User*\Documents\IK Multimedia\IK Product Manager\ReSing
They are not deleted
Immediately after you uninstall the 1.1.1 version and reinstall 1.1.0 or 1.0.7, then reset your PC and run ReSing, your trained models will come back. I was even able to finish my work on the vocals. Good luck!
