Hey IK-Team,
your support feature clearly isn’t working. Multiple people on this forum already told you they didn’t even get a reply in their spam folders. I’m 2 tickets in for some weeks now.
That’s why I’m here now. I have 2 issues.

The first one is that I tried to update ReSing to get the new Doubling feature, but in the process of doing that, your installer removed my selfmade voice models and the modeler didn’t reset its number of free models. I gotta admit, since it’s a free NFR license, I can’t be too mad about it, but it was still a little disappointing, because I used ReSing a lot in my music and in my YouTube videos and grew attached to my little voice collection. I would appreciate if you fixed that bug and reset my modeler.

Now the 2nd thing i wanna talk about is the workflow of sharing voice models. I made a model of my own voice and I’d like to share it with my community, which should be legal because it’s my voice, right? But the actual problems are,
a) the plugin makes it hard to find the folder with the voice models. I did eventually find it but it would make more sense to me if there was a button that reveals the folder in the plugin
b) all of the files have encrypted names that make it impossible to see which one contains my voice. don’t you wanna add a workflow that makes it easier to reveal a specific file, at least for the user models? (and maybe save user models in a seperate folder so they are never accidently overwritten.)

There are some more things we could talk about, but lower priority for me:
- Is there a workflow yet for drag n dropping the results from a recent render from the plugin interface into the DAW?
- Are you planning to add a realtime-friendly mode to the plugin? I know the sound quality would be worse, but I think it could be fun.
- Ability to import own images for custom models.
