ReSing Modeler can't find database

Can somebody help me get ReSing Modeler to work please?

I’ve bought the standard version, I have put the Registration number in IK Product Manager and it is registered but the installation only shows the Free version. I would expect the Product manager to give me the option of installing ReSing Standard?

However ReSing does allow me to use 10 voices and 10 instruments so it must be installed but the Modeler can’t find the database no matter how many times I’ve re-installed it.

I’ve tried every suggestion that Google and Chatbots are telling me but getting nowhere, I always see this

Any kick in the right direction would be appreciated.

I have had same issue. Fix was to uninstall ReSing MAX 1.1.1 (uninstall everything) then install ReSing MAX 1.1.0 instead. At that point the database error issue was solved, but a new issue appeared: Modeler said i had no trainings left. At that point I have had to go to support.

BTW, I don’t know if you’re named after THE Georgie Best but he was my childhood hero in the 60s, I had Georgie Best football boots and Man Utd strip :slight_smile:

I typed this into Microsoft CoPilot and followed everything it said : “I want to completely remove IK Product Manager and IK ReSing from my computer”.

I then re-installed both Product Manager and ReSing with v1.1.1 with no luck.

The third time I installed 1.1.0 and all is working with ReSing Modeler now trying to create a copy of my voice but it looks like it will take 4 days because I haven’t got CUDA :slight_smile:
