Resing Crashes When Blending Two Models

I have in several instances had crashes when two models are being used in resing, when the blend is NOT all the way on one side or the other.

Yes, I have contacted support. Yes, I have upgraded to the newest version. I have Max with the Unlimited Model option.

What suggestions have IK Support made?

Install the latest version. Which I did.

No response after that.

I have shared screenshots, etc.

The last I see is a reply from support with instructions for pulling some more logs on February 11, but with no reply back after that:


Windows:

Please press Windows Key + the letter “R” on your keyboard to bring up the to open the Run command window

Type “msinfo32” in the Open field and left-click OK

While viewing the Microsoft System Information summary, go to File then choose Save (Please do not use Export)

Save your MSINFO32 report as “msinfo32.nfo” on your desktop to easily locate it after. It can take up to a minute to generate a report.

MAC OSX:

To open a system report, choose Apple menu > About This Mac, then click System Report.

Do one of the following:

Print a system report: Choose File > Print.

Save a system report: Choose File > Save, then enter a name and choose a destination for the report.


If you could pull those and send as a reply to the last ticket email you have, that would alert the tech.

I did not get that email requesting this information. Can you please resend?

No Sir, I did not.

Not in Spam either.

I do get several other emails trying to sell me stuff from IK.

Those other emails are from a completely different server/service.

I’ll let them know.

Jason emailed me directly. I sent him the log he wanted, but I asked for a confirmation that it was received and I got nothing.

Perhaps there is a problem with the email system at IK? Not sure it’s getting through to him or his responses getting back to me.

They may also be dealing with other tickets. I sent a note asking them to confirm with you. Thank you.
