My Tonex Plug produces a very loud pop when powering on. If I make a mistake and put the headphones on first, the pop is so loud that it makes me nauseous for two hours. It’s not a problem with the headphones, because I can reproduce it with every pair I’ve tried. I’m using firmware 1.0.14.
Does anyone else have this problem, or is my unit faulty? I’ve reached out to support about this, but they’re slow to respond (weeks), and the only suggestion I got was to try a factory reset — which didn’t help.
Otherwise I love this little product. It’s amazing.
