Have tried numerous attempts via AI at this point to resolve this and no luck. Nothing back from IK support and unit under warranty.Help to resolve needed.
TONEX 2.0 Player Public Beta does not touch your pedal (the Editor isn’t updated, nor is there firmware related to 2.0 at all).
IK Support will take care of you and assist. I’m sure they’ll be able to get it straightened out. When did you submit your ticket?
