I recently bought a Tonex One pedal, but when I plug it in, the ALT button flashes red and the pedal does not respond to any controls or inputs. I followed the IK Multimedia FAQ tutorial to perform a firmware recovery. After performing the process, the all four of the pedal’s LEDs flash red, but I am able to edit the Tone Models inside of the pedal and use it. However, if I unplug the pedal and plug it back in, it will go back to its original state, where only the ALT button flashes and the pedal is unresponsive to any input.
Sorry to hear that the FAQ didn’t work. I would suggest contacting IK Support so they can diagnose more directly and get you all fixed.
