I upgraded to Tonex Max so I could try the 220 new V2 tone models but the only V2 models i find are the Signature and Partner collections I have previously purchased. I ran the restore previous purchases in the accounts tab. I am on tonex version 1.13 and windows 10. any suggestions?
fyi: this was before the tonex v2.0 beta came out. I know there are apparently new tone models with it too
I’m pretty sure those extra 220 models are only available when using the 2.0 beta.
I see your edit but those 220 V2 Tone Models you’re talking about are for TONEX 2.0 Player and do not come with nor work with V1. The full TONEX 2 Player will be released soon, though, and you’ll have them in there.

Thanks for confirming. I was afraid that was the case… BUT IK advertised the Max upgrade a bit deceptively:
“220 new V2 Tone Models. Unlimited captures. The complete TONEX experience - for $/€49.99 with your exclusive code: MAXMYTX2”
I went back to the IK offer I responded to and it appears to be the first mention of Tonex 2.0 beta that was below the offer to upgrade to Tonex Max. It too mentions the 220 tone models.
I guess I will wait for the V2 release. Hopefully they will get everything sorted out soon.
