I ordered a MTM mk2 single and a pair of brackets and the web order is been in the same status, no shipping info or confirmation, since june 2nd. Is that normal? I’ve contacted support twice in hope of some estimate or some kind of explanation but just got “We have requested an update on this. Please standby.” And nothing more.
Is there any other way to get any feedback on this matter?. I’m a week from a deadline and wasn’t expecting this lag in shipping…
