SampleTank 4 MAX v2 has not been sold in a while, the current version of SampleTank 4 MAX does not contain SampleTron 2. But DC will assist in getting your ticket looked at since you PM’d.

I wonder if some online retailers still have stock of old SampleTank v2 codes and are selling them and not updating their product listing page to indicate different list of software.

I know Pro Star Audio I picked up dirt cheap licenses for something. I see they are selling Syntronick still.

In my case, I purchased directly from IK. But, I can see how, with 3rd party sellers , there might be a communication breakdown when it comes to product description changes.

I have noticed that policy rules are taken very seriously here in this forum. Maybe I was too emotional last time, and that’s also the reason why my recent comments were deleted. Mea culpa, I get it.

But in this case please tell me what a customer must do in order to get any reported software and registration glitches finally solved by Support Team? As advised by Forum Staff Members, I have already re-sent my report about the specific authorization issue in context with the “SampleTank 4 MAX” package, but no one has responded so far. I didn’t even receive any kind of ticket number or whatsoever to which I could refer to. After creating my reports by using the two following webforms…

…I only received related popup confirmations each time, saying that someone from Support Team might get back to me in the next few working days. But even after three weeks of waiting time, nobody contacted me in order to offer a proper solution which would let me authorize that one missing product contained in that bundle. At least it was correctly identified and installed by IK Product Manager’s automatic installation and update process which was directly initiated from my account, but that doesn’t help much in case the necessary authorization process won’t also get triggered accordingly. Therefore, can someone please check if the communication channel via Support webforms is somehow broken? I’d appreciate any kind of information on how to proceed from here. Thanks.

If you have a support ticket that you feel isn’t being handled to your satisfaction please send a message to @DC_IK and he’ll have someone take a look at your ticket.

Hi @Peter-IK, thanks for your efforts to help. I have already communicated with @DC_IK who is fully aware of the situation. I’ve been asked to provide related ticket numbers; last time about one week ago. I could only reply that I’m not able to provide such, as I’ve never received them. It seems that my account and its associated products are the only references for the Support Team to work with.

I just found the link where IKM is currently offering the SampleTank 4 MAX v2 version to be purchased directly. So, it must be still available in general, with all of its documented content.

But when clicking on the red “SampleTank 4 MAX v2” entry at the very bottom of this page, it just opens up information related to MODO MAX (including MODO BASS 2 and MODO DRUM 1.5 only). Again I’m confused…

That is a typo. It will be fixed shortly. We do not sell any version of SampleTank that contains discontinued products like SampleTron 2, Syntronik, etc inside. Nor should our authorized dealers.

But in this case please note that the direct links still don’t work as intended. In fact, in case of Pianoverse MAX, T-RackS 6 MAX or SampleTank 4 MAX, still the wrong product bundle (namely MODO MAX) is the only option subsequently presented in order to be added to the cart. I guess some more editing will be required to make things clear again.
