I am having an issue when I try to use my Tonex pedal in conjunction with my L6 Helix Floor. Tonex is handling all the amps, while Helix handles most of the other effects. However, recently I’ve started also utilizing some of the Tonex effects as well to open more DSP on the Helix.
I am utilizing snapshots on the Helix, and have some MIDI CC toggle commands set up to toggle certain Tonex effects on or off.
If I switch between two Helix snapshots utilizing the same Tonex Preset, the toggles work fine. But when I switch to a snapshot with a different TX preset, I can see the CC Toggle working initially, but then it defaults back to the original saved effect configuration. It’s like the Tonex preset loads, the MIDI command toggles the effect, but then at the last second the Tonex forces it back to the original state. Again, if I then use another snap staying on that same TX preset, the CC toggles work correctly.
Any idea what is going on?
