Anyone here having an issue with their Tonex pedal restarting while scrolling through presets? It’s happened a few times so far. Always when scrolling. At first I thought maybe it was locking up from scrolling too fast but the last time, I moved up 1 preset and it restarted. So I doubt that’s it.
I’ve contacted support already, as well. I was just curious if anyone else had it happen. The screen usually goes blank, there’s a couple of seconds of static, and it turns back on like normal.
Anybody seen this happen on theirs? Just curious if it’s an isolated issue for me only.
Support had me do a recovery and it hasn’t happened since. But it was always extremely random so I’ve got my fingers crossed.
