How do I get help from support?

I have issues with every capture on my pedal. If I add spring or plate reverb to ANY capture, there’s some sort of modulation going on.

I’ve contacted support 3 times already in 2 weeks. Without a reply. There is no ticket #. Again, no one has replied.

Whats a man gotta do to get help over here?

I’ve had this pedal since September and this started 2 weeks ago after I upgraded to the V2 Preset list. I didn’t like it, I’d rather have 135-150 amps vs 3 versions of 50 amps, so I loaded my saved presets back into the pedal and now i can’t use spring or plate reverb at all. With anything. It didn’t do this until I tried to update my preset list.
