I’m having issues updating the firmware on my Irig Keys 49 i/o. It consistently freezes at 5% progress and then says that there are errors and update failed.
I’ve already done all the troubleshooting steps: (1) I’ve run the firmware updater as admin; (2) I’ve tried a different connector; (3) I’ve fiddled with the drivers, and (4) tried all the hacks (like holding the one button down on startup).
Also, yes, I’m sure the cables are secure. And, yes, I’ve ensured that all of the cables I’m using are genuine IK multimedia ones.
I tried sending a message to support (that was about a week or two ago) and I’m yet to receive a response.
