Here the answer for IK.
When you can, please try Recovery from inside the TONEX software. Below are some steps to get you started.
Turn off your TONEX Pedal, then turn it back on holding the B Pedal during start-up*
Open the latest version of the TONEX software
Enter the Librarian tab
In the upper left-hand corner where you're TONEX pedal is selected, open the drop down
Select Recovery
*This will enter your device's DFU mode, which is required for the procedure. In this mode, the LED display will remain blank.
If the Recovery process has any issue completing, please try another USB port and if possible another USB cable. If your are using a USB HUB, please remove this and connect the TONEX Pedal directly to your Mac/PC.
