I have the same too, running latest version of Product Manager, have uninstalled and reinstalled, ensured firewall access for exe, checked permissions on download folder (and tried changing location to downloads), run as User and as Admin, it gets part way through the download so everything at my end is ok and then stops and errors with Application Error code 113.
This is very frustrating now, IE - please help us with this issue
