Product Manager broken?

Hi - I've been trying to update Amplitube for several hours but Product Manager keeps giving me "Application Error. If the issue persists please contact support. (code: 113)" error. Once the download started but got stuck on 31% for several hours - now it won't download at all. Is anyone else having this problem, or is it something to do with my system?

Try an other download path, this should solve the problems

I would like to use Amplitube 5 MAX v2,early.

I have the same too, running latest version of Product Manager, have uninstalled and reinstalled, ensured firewall access for exe, checked permissions on download folder (and tried changing location to downloads), run as User and as Admin, it gets part way through the download so everything at my end is ok and then stops and errors with Application Error code 113.
This is very frustrating now, IE - please help us with this issue
