Group buy question

Dear folks at IK Multimedia,

I have already contacted support about this, but did not get an answer.
I have participated in the group buy with 3 purchases (300, 100, 80 eu). My question is if it's possible to cancel one of the free product choices I made on my highest purchase in order to get another one instead?
I would really like to get the 4 X-Gear pedals, but at the time they were added to the group buy free products, I have already spent 21 of my free choices for my highest priced purchase (300eu), so I am 1 free slot short of having all four of them.
I would choose the cancelled product again with my lower priced purchase (100eu), as I have 3 more unused free choices, so I recon it's fair of me to ask, right? Also, I have read on Facebook that someone reached to you with a similar request and you approved it.
I would really appreciate if you could make this happen. Thanks!

Sales Support are the the only people who can deal with this. Administrators and Moderators here have no access to User Accounts.

Please reply to the auto-acknowledgement email that you received (check your spam folders) and ask for their help.

Thank you for the reply. I am not certain, however, what message you are referring to. I have just recieved a "do not reply" message. Anyways, I will try again with support, as it has been 4-5 days since I first reached them. Thanks again, and have a bice day.

When you fill in the Technical Support or Sales Support form you should get an auto-acknowledgement reply. If you filled in the general "Contact Us" forum you do ont.

Try going from here: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/quickfaq.php?quick=QUICKSALES. Go to Search FAQa. select "Other" in the first drop down then scroll down and click {Contact Support]

Ok, clear. Thank you for your help! I didn't get that mail the first time, so i guess something went wrong.As you suggested, I will try addressing sales suport specifically this time, as the first time I think i went under "general", or the equivalent.
