TONEX Pedal: visual feedback for A/B state when using external control

Product:
TONEX Pedal

Summary:
Visual feedback for A/B state when using external control (footswitch or expression pedal)

Problem / Use Case:
When using an external footswitch or expression pedal to morph between A and B (via External Control “Learn A” / “Learn B”), there is currently no visual indication on the pedal showing whether the sound is in state A or B (or somewhere in between).

During live performance, this makes it difficult to immediately know which state is active without relying entirely on hearing. In situations with loud stage volume, quick changes, or subtle differences between A and B, this can be unreliable and lead to mistakes.

This affects users who:

  • use external switches to toggle A/B states

  • use expression pedals to morph between two tones

  • perform live and need quick visual confirmation

Proposed Solution:
Add a visual indicator of the current A/B state on the TONEX Pedal.

For example:

  • Change LED color depending on the state (e.g. green = A, yellow = B)

This feedback should update in real time when controlled via external footswitch or expression pedal.

Priority / Impact:
High

This would significantly improve usability in live situations and make external control features much more reliable and performance-friendly.
