Password lost, but the IK webpage won't let us choose a new password

I don’t know what’s wrong with the IK website, but it doesn’t accept any new password, so we are locked out now from downloading SampleTank content. Very annoying.

The page says, that we need to have upper case, lower case, numericals and some extra characters like underscores, exclamation marks, and the at least eight characters of password length.

Well, we have tried all kind of combinations, to comply with those rules, but the password field keeps having that red frame, and keep on trying the rest anyway says “invalid”.

So, is there another way to reset the password other than using your broken web page?

And, please fix this. It’s ridiculous.
