I’ve had a pair of Micro Monitor Pro speakers with an Arc microphone since the day before yesterday. I bought them as returned merchandise, and maybe that was the problem.
Unfortunately, there were no registration cards in the boxes with the serial numbers on them (not even for the microphone). Yesterday, I wanted to calibrate the monitors, but to do that, I first had to register both of them so I could download the software.
Can anyone tell me if the serial numbers might be printed or hidden on the speakers themselves?
Or is there a way for the manufacturer to resolve this issue?
I’ve already contacted the retailer, but I’m afraid it will take some time.

I would suggest reaching out to IK Support via Support so they can look into the situation in case the retailer doesn’t in the mean time.

It was via the support page and it went directly to IK Multimedia Austria, I think…
