Irig HD X & iPhone issue: only outputs direct monitoring signal, no real-time processed sound from apps

I’m using an iRig HD X with both iPhone and iPad. The device is detected correctly, direct monitoring works, Spotify audio works

I can only hear the direct/thru guitar signal. I cannot hear the real-time processed sound from AmpliTube or GarageBand through headphones or amp output.

I tested:

  • 2 different iRig HD X units

  • iPhone and iPad

  • AmpliTube, GarageBand and Tonebridge

  • headphones and guitar amp

  • I don’t know what else i can try!!
