Connectivity issue between irig pro i/o and ableton move

Hi,
I recently bought an ableton move and I own an iRig Pro I/O. I would like to use a mic (shure sm58) to record samples in the move, for which I need to use the iRig as a preamp… but the connection is not working. I tried two ways and none is working, which is really weird as the iRig is working fine when plugged on my laptop. thanks for helping me out.

My connectivity is the following :
a) shure sm58 to irig pro via xlr cable, then irig pro to move via usb-c… the irig won’t even turn on and there’s no signal on the move.
b) shure sm58 to irig pro via xlr cable, then irig pro to move via the earphone monitoring cable and to the line-in of the ableton move… still not working which is really weird (at least the iRig turns on as I plug its usb-c on a computer, but no signal shows on the move… and i tried with two different mini jack cables so it’s not the cable).
thank you for your help,
best

I don’t understand where the problem is… thank you for your help!
best,
mathieu

iRig Pro I/O is an audio interface that works for iOS, macOS, Windows, and Android devices like smartphones, tablets, and computers. The Ableton Move is a standalone hardware device that doesn’t run a compatible operating system so that direct connection will not work. You will need to connect your iRig Pro I/O to a compatible device.

Please see the iRig Pro I/O Specs page for full information.

Marking this as solved since the Ableton Move is not a compatible device and a recommendation for a compatible device is posted below.

There is a way to use iRig Pre 2 (which is an analog audio interface, unlike iRig Pro I/O which is a digital interface into the USB-C port) into the 3.5mm input jack on the Ableton Move as explained in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wl1FzKgJds

thank you for your quick answer!
