I need some help please with an order I’ve placed . I purchased arc studio + hardware upgrade 9days ago and my order hasn’t progressed , it’s still stuck saying confirmed in my orders . I’ve sent 5 support emails and I’m not getting no response . If I could get some assistance in this matter . Thank you
