I ordered ARC on ear on the 20th Oct it has sat with status confirmed since then with no update of any kind. The money left my account the day I placed the order the updates I do get are from this new unwanted app I now have trying to get me buy stuff I don’t want or need. I guess I need to look at settings on that.
