Okay, so here’s what happened…
All was going well with Tonex (with all current updates) up until about two weeks ago when the power supply on my PC decided to die a swift, unceremonious death. I was able to secure a new PC and was able to move the old backup hard drive and RAM to the new box. The original m.2 hard drive from the dead PC is currently secured in an m.2 enclosure, so I can still access the files on it. After I got the new PC up and running, I installed IK Product Manager and was then able to install Tonex Max 1.12.1 and Amplitube Max 5.10.9 the new rig. When I connected my pedal and opened Tonex Editor, I found all the folders I’d set up in my software library…but no presets or tone models were listed when I tried to open a folder. I had also purchased the Mesa/Boogie Reference Signature Collection and I can’t even access that. Each time I clicked on it in the library, I’d get a dialog box that read: “Tone Models you purchased are ready to be downloaded from ToneNET. Click OK to proceed.” I’d clikc OK, Product Manager would open, and the status bar would cycle across the Tonex Editor screen. I try the folder agaIn…still no tone models. I ran “Restore Purchases” and “Restore Library” fron the Tonex Editor screewn…still no luck. Did I miss something when I was forced to migrate to the now PC? I had IK Product Manager set up to store downloaded files on my backup drive. What files should I be looking for to restore my software library? Please let me know what I can do to get my tone models and poresets back. For the record, I’m running Windows 11 Pro with all current updates. Any info helps. THANKS
