Frequency Response correction EQ for IEMs and heaphones?

Tonex One, Tonex Plug, Tonex OG.

Summary:
Add 8 bands of parametric EQ to the output for correcting headphones frequency response.

Problem / Use Case:
Many use the Tonex One and Tonex Plug with headphones or IEMs that are not necessarily target compliant. There are plenty of correction presets based on proper measurements posted on various websites, the best being Oratory1990. It would be nice to have the ability to EQ the output so that given headphones or IEMs sound close to studio monitors.

Proposed Solution:
Add a 8 band IIR parametric EQ to the output that can be bypassed for recording and performance as to not impart it on the output when not needed. Add import function for a small txt file with the EQ settings. Could be a block like the CAB, that is optionally enabled in settings.

We have ARC ON•EAR that provides much better and accurate correction than solutions that are merely EQ-based and it is compatible with IEMs now too.

Yes, but how would you use ARC ON EAR with the Tonex Plug? I can kind of see it with one of the Tonex floor pedals.

Still, a free parametric EQ module versus $200.00 hardware that performs nearly identical function would be a very user friendly solution.

Run your headphone out into the ARC on ear box. It’s battery powered, and works great.

An EQ-based solution is not even remotely identical, let alone nearly. We would not put our name on a solution that was of much lower quality than the technology we already have developed.
