I bought ARC ON EAR about one month ago, hoping my HiFiMan Sundara Open model would have been covered in a next software updating, but I see that this quite popular headphones is still not considered even in this new 1.5 release.

Did you specifically request your specific headphones using the form for that purpose on the ARC ON•EAR web page? If they are popular and requested the team will do their best to add any that they can.
Peter, I just submitted the request at your provided link, maybe I had already done.
I think I also had opened a ticket for same matter, but never received any answer. Maybe something went wrong in sending the request, since I did not get any ticket number, or at least normally works in that way with sent requests from forms on websites.
