i got approved by customer support for the second free collection from buying the red tonex pedal. i went into collection under tonex software looked for this brown sound collection picked it then hit the download button but i dont see any brown sound 80-81 presets and in tonex editor i dont see the brown sound 80-81 under signature collection all i see is my original brown sound 78-79
i finally downloaded the tone models from brown sound 80-81. the are under my tone model section in my signature collection. what are the 20 brown sound 80-81 preset names so i can find them and put them in a folder under presets for easy organizing

i dont have any presets named starting with 80 or 81. only 78 and 79 for my original presets, so i cant pick any out to put in a preset folder like i did with 78-79

They should be in your library if you downloaded them. I would suggest reaching out to IK Support if you aren’t seeing what you’re supposed to see after following the FAQ. Thank you.
