My Blueboard is not connected with the iPad Bluetooth in settings. I am trying to pair it via the Bluboard app, but the indicator light just keeps flashing blue. I note that when I try to start up in Mode A, B, or C, none of those switches lights up, and even - when still not paired and the Blueboard powered on - when I push them (this may be due to a setting in the app, without being able to connect to the app I can’t tell).
Anyway: can someone help me connect the Blueboard app to my iPad, please? iOS 26.4.2, btw.
I like the new forum but I don’t see how to DM you…
Meanwhile: I do not have a ticket, what I have is an email back that says:

i have an iPad Air M3 (11") running iOS 26.4.1, and an iRig Blueboard. I have the Blueboard app on my iPad. I understand not to connect the Blueboard with the iPad using Apple’s Bluetooth settings, but to do so directly in the Blueboard app.
This setup worked with my old iPad Air 2 (and of course a much older OS). But the new iPad and the Blueboard will not connect. The blue indicator light on the Blueboard flashes, but the device never appears on the Blueboard app’s list of devices. Incidentally, when I do look for it in the Apple Bluetooth settings, it does not appear there either.
I need this to work for live gigging. Nothing I’ve found online posted by others has helped. Can you help me, please?"
