I purchased this product to use with Ultimate Guitar and after following the instructions in faq I get a message that Airturn not compatible with my IPad. Before I return it is there any other suggestions? I have an IPad Pro Version 26.5.2

Yes, we do make iRig BlueTurn. Have you reported your issue to IK Support? As long as your iPad supports BlueTooth the unit should connect. If there is an app compability issue with the latest iOS, they can troubleshoot and report that too and help get you up and running via: IK MULTIMEDIA. SOUND BETTER.
