Sorry to hear that. Have you opened a ticket with IK Support? Click here to do so if you have not already. If you’d also like other users to chime in with any thoughts, I’d suggest posting more about your setup. Windows or macOS? Which version? Any errors? Etc.

possibly try opening the folder where the application resides, Right click and run as administrator.. [image]

The latest update of Win11 stripped most of the Digital Signitures from my apps. Not sure if they intend to correct this with a future update. I just ticked administrator rights box again under the compatability tab.
