SampleTank 4 Sound Content folder

Hello,

Just upgraded to ST 4 and It's not working.
I get all kinds of error messages as I'm trying to make it work.

I've noticed the folder called "ST4 Sound Content" in the installer.
Is this where the folder belong? Should it be on the disk path, so I can load the instrument?

Very frustrating!

I'd greatly appreciate any help I can get.

If you've installed SampleTank 4 and all of the sound library downloads in the dropdowns in your IK User Area --> My Products and you're having problems, please open a ticket with IK Support who can provide direct and official technical assistance at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support

Just tried the update and still doesn't work. What a mess...

If you are still having problems, it is best to reply to your ticket that you opened with IK Official Support who will gladly assist you in getting you up and running.

Tickets are marked closed by the system after a tech replies due to the system they are currently using allowing them to keep track of tickets. A ticket is NOT finished until you are satisfied so please continue to reply to the tech via the ticket and they will continue to assist you.
