Greetings...what is CROSSGRADE/UPGRADE (405) ...Been getting this message so software cant authorize.

Unfortunately, I've never heard of this error before. What is it you are trying to authorise and was it a cross grade/upgrade from a previously owned product?

Be advised however that they endeavour to reply to tickets within 1-2 working days, so as it is now the weekend you may not get an immediate response.
