Solved on windows 11

uninstall "product manager",
install "everything" freeware,
search "product manager" with everything,
deletes found files in admin mode,
reinstall "product manager"

If the installer freezes, reboot into safe mode with network support and try again. I think you need to have twice the space on your hard drive to download and then install.

Same problem with 1.1.6. I install the new installer and it says the newly installed Product Manager 1.1.6 is out of date, putting me in an endless loop of installing, getting the out of date message, and installing again.

I'm on a new MacBook Pro with M4 processor, system version 15.1.1.

I reached out to our Support Manager. While your tickets will be replied to, in the mean time they have found that an uninstall/reinstall seems to be working but making sure you do a full uninstall per our FAQ here: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/?id=1468

I am also having this problem with version 1.1.6. Uninstalling (including deleting the registry keys as instructed) works but re-installing has the same problem, even if I run the installer as administrator.

If it makes a difference, my %USERPROFILE%\Documents folder is mapped to OneDrive.

I'm having this exact problem today. Just bought a Tonex One pedal and was excited to use it, just to run into the inability to even register the product because i can't get into the product manager. All the reviews said the software was the weak point of this device, it's not a great start for me.

I am having this exact issue as well. It keeps looping back to downloading the latest software update, but even after uninstalling it and trying different pathways, I can't even get past logging in to download the product (MODO Bass 2) that I just bought. I emailed tech support so hopefully they get back within a few days, otherwise I'm done with IK Multimedia. I used to love using Amplitube but I remember a similar issue way back when... I hope they reach out for a fix.

Running an M2 MacBook, with macOS Sequoia 15.1.1. Oh, and PLENTY OF SPACE for this plugin lol... :x

Having the same problem on Windows 11, Version 1.1.6.

Full uninstall and reinstall didn't solve the problem, I'm currently completely locked out of Product Manager.

I know bugs can occur, but the fact that this critical problem got shipped not to one but two different versions is not a good look, especially when you're having a major sale. I really encourage you to take more time testing before releasing new versions to the public.

Yup. Blake here gets it. I'm fine with the odd bug in functionality that gets fixed as long as the software can be opened. But when you can't even DOWNLOAD the product that you've purchased? This is some next level "batteries not included" stuff right here.

Yep, not working. No difference. I followed the uninstall and delete directions listed in the FAQ completely. Still nothing. And even from the "your software is out of date" portion, it will automatically close down if you continue to see what's on the menu. IK, this was not a fix...
