Tonex One software is not working

Hello. I recently purchased ToneX one.
I've already registered my account with the product manager and registered the device serial number. In the ToneX One software, it shows that my Mac is connected properly and that my account is accessed, but there are still several issues.

1.It seems like the cabinet simulator isn't working. The situation remains the same even when I connect it directly to the audio interface without using a Mac.

2.The Mac software for Tonex one is not functioning properly. It shows as connected, but even when i change presets, the sound remains the same. When i press the pedal switch on Tonex one, i can see the presets changing in the Librarian, but the Cab simulator still doesn't work.

3.'Home' is not functioning properly. Even when I change presets in the Librarian, it remains unchanged in 'Home.' The amp modeling and EQ adjustments do not respond, and even the on/off switch is unresponsive.

The input and output level meters are not functioning either. The program still indicates that it is connected (and that the account has been accessed).

Is there anyone who might know about this issue?

Hey did you ever get a reply on this? I have the same issue using the PC software. Submitted a ticket several days ago but as yet no reply :roll:

OP and poster above: what are your ticket numbers? IK Support would help with these types of technical issues directly.

Is there any update on this? I just got a ticket on the IK Multimedia website because of the same issue.
