AmpliTube 5 CS won't download

I have the free download of IK Multimedia Product Manager, and I've authorized AmplitTube 5 CS with my Serial Number. I'm running Windows 10.

When I click "Install" next to AmpleTube, nothing happens. It stays at 0% and "Time Left: calculating..."

Please make sure the download folder set in the Settings exists and is writeable on your system. If that doesn't help, IK Support will assist you (or continue to assist you if you've already opened a ticket). Thank you.

I got the authorization for the free AmpliTube 5 CS, through serial number, I have been trying to download the software but it is not processing, simply mentionned "calculating" as well.
I saw previous messages with the same issue but the reply wasn't helpful at all for me, could you please let me know exactly what to do to overcome this problem, thanks in advance,

En français : pour ceux qui cherche la solution au problème de téléchargement depuis product manager.
Téléchargement product manager bloqué, impossible : Il suffit d'ouvrir le programme product manager en faisant clic droit dessus et choisir exécuter en tant qu'administrateur et là le téléchargement commence.

The same here. I'm using disk C for the installation, running as administrator and it still doesn't work. It remains at 0%. Waiting for suport...

From what I see from the posts here it seems to be a recurring problem.

I have updated multiple products from a non-IK location (our files are served out of a CDN anyway, so that doesn't really affect it since we don't host the servers in our locations) so there is likely something happening in your local configurations and this is typically a matter of folder permissions. I would suggest creating a new folder for IK Product Manager downloads that is writeable by it and any program/user and then pointing IK Product Manager to that new download location in the IK Product Manager settings.
