Removing Modelled Hiss from Amps / Pedals in Amplitube

Above is a screenshot from our current live setup, with no guitar plugged in to the input. You can see at the bottom right of the amplitube window, there's an output signal which is just hiss.

Is it possible to remove just the hiss from the modelled amps or pedals? I have tried to contact support but have had no reply other than 'make sure you license your product'

Just to make it clear this is fully licensed and activated.

Thank you

Please reply to support letting them know that is not the type of hiss you mean and they will continue to help you. There shouldn't be any "modeled hiss" in the gear, though the gear is modeled to replicate the behavior of the real hardware so there may be some noise at higher levels with high gain amps etc like you'd experience in a real life situation. This doesn't seem like that either, though.
