Hi ilbadile123, TTBOMK you can't. I also bought an UNO Drum second-hand, and the seller was the original buyer, but he'd never connected it to a computer so had never used any software or even registered with IKM. Unfortunately, he had discarded all of the packaging including the serial number card.
I contacted IKM Support to explain the situation, because in this instance, it was not possible for the seller to buy a "Licence Transfer Credit" as they had no licence to transfer. Eventually they were kind enough to send me the UNO Drum Editor software, but to date have not offered a replacement serial number (even as a purchase option) or provided the sound pack update utility (which would allow me to upload user-generated sound packs).
Why they didn't just stick the serial number to the underside of the device like every other manuafacturer is beyond me?
