Then you will need a headphone amp for them. If they are really high impedance and high wattage then you will need to put the amp in front of the AXE I/O input. The AXE I/O solo is USB 3.0 powered , The AXE I/O is externally powered but the headphone output is still USB powered. If they are 100 watt headphones then of course you will need an amp. Your question makes no sense as you seem to already be very aware of the answer @OP.
