I've been troubleshooting issues with the pedal all day. I managed to resolve most of them, except for the one in the title.
To make it easier to test, I installed a fresh Windows 10 on my laptop, connected the ToneX Pedal via USB (included cable & tested other, known working, cables). Fresh installation of ToneX software.
Whenever I go the Librarian tab, it says: "Syncing, please wait..." indefinitely. This happened on my Mac, where I originally tried to use it. I left it running all night. I tried everything I could think of and find on Google; other cables, ports, reinstalling software, disconnecting other devices, etc. Finally I tried it on my Windows laptop, but still the same issue.
I have contacted tech support but I've had no response. I would really like to use the pedal, as it seems perfect for my needs, but at this point I'm just thinking about returning it.
Does anyone have any clue what might be going wrong here?
