tonex problem "tone model cannot be found or loaded"

when i open tonex it says tone model cannot be found or loaded?
im on monterrey mac latest version
ive re installed and re authorized but still get warning
help appreciated

Try the recovery mode.
In Tonex software (FW 1.0.4), Librarian page open the little down arrow in upper left.
You can export your presets and find the recovery option here.

it asks about pedal i dont have tonex pedal
when i open tonex in standalone or in daw a black box comes up
when i open ikmultimedia tonex it warns me tone model cannot be found or loaded
with an exclaimation mark in a triangle
thanks any help appreciated

Try to go to the preset view (not the tone model view) and close Tonex. Open it again.
Is the bug still available?
If Yes:
Try to go to presets and delete exactly the preset that comes up first. Don't load an other one.
You can export the preset first if you want.
Close the Tonex.
Open it again. Is the bug still available?
If yes, pls contact support.

dude i appreciate you i deleted preset and its gone.
it was not affecting tonex just annoying.
so glad its done
