classic clipper install problems

Hello. I picked up the classic clipper (T-Racks) and have installed it using product manager, serial number recognised and authorised but it's not showing up in T-Racks in my DAW, says 'not installed'. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?

Try running the stand-alone Custom Shop program, log in, (right?) click on your Account Name and select "Restore my purchases".

Thanks. I've already got TRS Black 76 and TRS compressor installed without a problem, it's like there's a piece of software (clipper) missing, says 'plug-in could not be found' when I hit it in my DAW but it's registered in product manager.

Is the clipper plug-in file present on the disk - it should be near the other T-RackS plug-ins. When T-RackS is installed, all the T-RackS plug-ins are installed.

Can the Clipper be loaded in the TR5 Suite plug-in?

Yes, it's listed with all the other plug-ins in my DAW but doesn't load when I click it, says 'not installed'. In the product manager it's listed as installed and serial number is recognised along with the compressor and black 76.

Hello, I just bought the tracks classic clipper and everytime i try to authorize it, it wont work. On the IK multimedia product manager It shows up under processors under “T-Racks 5” And it shows installed. However when I click authorize it gives me the notification saying “T-Racks 5 authorized correctly” with a green checkmark in a green circle. But when i close the notification The “T-Racks 5” still shows a lock and says “authorize” no matter how many times i try to do it. When i try to load plugin it says its not authorized and says i have 9 days to authorize it. It also keeps pushing out a white noise when i try to use it. I have tried going to custom shop and clicking “register products” But it hasnt helped. Are there any solutions.

I'm not sure what would cause that but I suggest seeking assistance from the IK Support team via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw for direct and official technical assistance. I'm sure they can get everything sorted.
